•Gather and interpret business requirements, through workshops, forums and other engagements
   •Document the requirements for the development, delivery and support of quality IT/IS solutions which reflect a view into the Group IT strategy for the relevant business area or customer
   •Business advisory particular business disciplines and operations
   •Project development and management in line with established Eskom PLCM
