Job Description
The successful candidate will be mentored in the following areas:
- Handling general customer queries Including support on the Customer Care Hotline
- Support Concept Managers to analyse competitors’ activities and assess opportunities for business development
- Support Concept Managers with administration of National Deal Partners development and expansion
- Organize & participate in regular and Ad Hoc meetings & take minutes
- Capture Purchase figures from the Bosch Car Service Network and align with the selling Wholesalers to check accuracy
- Support on general administrative Ad Hoc Tasks and projects
Qualifications
- B.Com Degree / qualification in relevant field (Sales and Marketing, Business Studies).
- Excel skills Professional for Analysis and formulas.
- Word and PPT intermediary.
- Outlook intermediary.
Skills
- Fluent in English (Speak, read and write)
- PC literate with excellent skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong analytical approach with attention to accuracy & detail
- Organisation Skills
- High efficiency on time management, strong communication skills, ability to build sustainable relationships
