About the Enza Graduate Programme

The Enza Graduate Development Programme is aimed at identifying and developing leadership skills for the construction industry.

This is a 12-month programme that will begin in March 2024 and is aimed specifically at Graduates in their final year of study in 2023.

As a new Graduate with Enza Construction, you will be working in teams with highly skilled mentors and technical experts where you will be required to apply your academic knowledge to operational business needs and requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent IT certification as well as experience in web design or social media content and design exposure.
