Ensure the smooth and effective roll-out of training events and special projects throughout our organization.

The training coordinator oversees the design, development, and coordination of training, and run both large and small-scale programs for our entire organization.

Our ideal candidate will be both exceptionally knowledgeable, approachable, and confident in front of all groups of people.

About the Internship Programme

Gibela Transport Rail invites motivated, dynamic and recently qualified graduates to apply for a 12 months Graduate Programme. The successful candidates will be based in Midrand.

We offer:

Minimum Requirements

  • A minimum of a National Diploma or completed S4 in HR management.
  • South African citizen between 18 and 35 years of age.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • MS Office literate.
