Job Purpose
The CSI Function is a critical element to TotalEnergies Marketing South Africa (TMSA). The Action Program for TMSA is an employee volunteering program that includes support to TMSA affiliates as outlined in the SLA’s.
We are looking for young graduates who are motivated and passionate with excellent academic achievement in the below mentioned fields to join the Total Energies Internship Programme.
The aim of an Internship programme
- Provide individuals with a full and realistic view of workplace culture and expectations.
- Integrate academic preparation with professional challenges.
Qualifications
Degree in Marketing / Generic Management / Communications / PR / Community Development.
Duties and Responsibilities
Coordination and Assisting implementation of TotalEnergies Marketing South Africa’s Action Program.
Implementing the CSI Strategy and programs in line with TotalEnergies Foundation and TMSA CSI Policy.
Coordinate and assist in implementing the Employee Volunteer Program (Action Program) for TMSA including affiliates, with all the teams.
Come up with Corporate Initiatives for Action Program that aligns with TotalEnergies Foundation Pillars of CSR.
Ensuring that the Action Program Platform is updated, and initiatives and participation of staff is captured.
Amplify communication around CSR (Action Program, TotalEnergies Foundation)Report on the Action Program activities on a monthly basis, quarterly basis.
