Right to Care South Africa is recruiting for the Graduate Internship Programme 2024.

Right to Care is committed to youth skills development by providing graduates with on opportunity to gain work experience.

As part of this internship programme, you will have the opportunity to be part of a leading healthcare orgonisation that aims to improve the lives of people through delivering quality, innovative and responsive solutions across the health continuum.


Right to Care is a leading healthcare non-profit organization that was started in response to the public healthcare emergency of HIV and AIDS in South Africa in 2001.

It was one of the first organizations to make HIV treatment available to South African public patients.

For nearly 20 years, Right to Care has supported and delivered prevention, care and treatment services for HIV, tuberculosis, sexually transmitted infections and Hepatitis C, whilst also responding to global healthcare emergencies through its various programmes.

The organization’s vast experience in providing both direct service delivery and technical assistance, coupled with its multiple innovations for precision programming in South Africa, has created a model that is adapted and replicated in other parts of the world, especially sub-Saharan Africa.


Unemployed graduates who hold the following qualifications ore invited to apply:

Human Resources:

  • • Higher Certificate/National Diploma in Human Resources or Industrial/Organisational Psychology.

• Learning & Development:

  • • Higher Certificate/National Diploma in Human Resources Development or a related qualification in Occupationally Directed Education, Training and Development Practices (ETDP).

• Strategic Marketing and Communications

  • • Higher Certificate/National Diploma in Marketing/Communications.

• Information Technology (IT)

  • • National Diploma in IT
  • • Bachelors of Lows (LLB)

• Payroll

  • • National Diploma in Payroll Administration Qualification / Human Resources Management

• Office Administration

  • • Higher Certificate/National Diploma in Office Administration

• Strategic Information/Data Analytics

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Informatics/Data Analytics.

• Company Secretary

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration OR Company Secretarial Diploma.

To be considered for the above internship programmes, you should meet the following criteria:

  • • Be proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • • A South African citizen and in possession of a valid South African ID.
  • • Clear credit and no criminal record.
  • • Aged between 18 and 35 years.
  • • Never been employed before.
