Job Summary

Afrimat Mining has a vacancy for Planner Internship/Planner Learnership (24 month contract) X2 posts.

Closing date: 15 March 2024

The candidates must be medically fit in terms of the Mine Health and Safety Act and the Company standards for medical fitness.

The group supplies a broad range of products ranging from Construction Materials (aggregates, bricks, blocks, pavers and readymix concrete), Industrial Minerals (lime and lime products), and Bulk Commodities (iron ore, anthracite and manganese).

  • Based in Nkomazi (Required)
  • Grade 12 (Required) with Maths and Physical Sciences
  • Candidates with Planning or Mining Engineering qualification would be advantageous
  • Shows a keen interest in computers and networks, and a willingness to progress in the field

  • Administrative skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to be trained
  • Candidates must be medically fit to perform duties (Determined by Occupational Medical Practitioner).
