Duties and Responsibilities

Key Performance Areas:

  • The HR Graduate Trainee will be required to participate in developmental activities which will initially focus on acquiring basic knowledge while working under supervision, and will progress to working independently, with a broadened scope.

The ideal candidate:

  • Has completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Is a South African citizen.

  • Is responsible and willing to participate as a member of the team.
  • Has high energy levels and an unwavering commitment to learning and development.
