Job Duties and Responsibilities
As a Sales Management Support and Analytics Specialist you will support the execution of Sales activities at Philips Health Systems in South Africa.
Your role:
- • General sales and account management support to the Head of District Sales
- • Monitor sales and orders performance through tracking tools to ensure Ensure order intake and sales forecast accuracy
- • Identify where improvement is needed in sales practices and make suggestions for improvements
- • Examine weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports to identify sales patterns and areas for improvement, comparing actual sales data to projections and expectations.
- • Regularly prepare reports for presentations by the sales leadership to the central Sales review teams
- • Take part in cross-organizational projects to increase the efficiency of various commercial functions: Growth, Account Management and Channel Partners
Qualifications and Requirements
You’re the right fit if:
- 1. You are a 2022-2024 graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Economics, Statistics, Commerce, Business Sales or related field.
- 2. You are a South African Graduate and have completed all modules/credits for the qualification mentioned above with a minimum of 60%
- 3. Strong MS Excel skills
- 4. Fluent in English
- 5. Experience analyzing complex data
