Job Purpose
The purpose of the 12-month internship program is to provide our interns with an in-depth understanding of the field of Industrial Psychology/Organisational Development through the practical application of theoretical knowledge within a Human Capital Team.
The intern will be supervised by a registered Industrial Psychologist within MMH. The University of choice of the intern will act as the supervising university of the internship.

Requirements
- Must have completed degree in Industrial Psychology
- Good computer literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft Office software;
- SA Citizen
- Completion of the research thesis would be an advantage
Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and administer the day-to-day operational running of the human capital department.
- Practical exposure to the various functional sections will allow the intern the opportunity to acquire workable knowledge and a level of competence to the extent that the individual could eventually assume responsibilities in the IOP world.
- Assigned activities linked to projects that will be critically evaluated in terms of present Industrial and Organisational Psychology techniques, towards improving existing procedures and functions.
- While most of the program will be guided by pre-determined activities, a period will be set aside for research purposes as well as other project work during the internship period. MMH would like to use the internship as an opportunity to upskill unemployed graduates to equip them for roles within the broader MMH environment.
