About the Bank Better Learnership
The main job purpose is to welcome clients into a branch and coordinate traffic as well as managing any queues.
In doing so, you’ll be learning on the job and building your foundation for a banking career as a service consultant.
Learnership Requirements
You need a Grade 12 or Matric qualification for this exciting opportunity. No previous working experience is required.
Skills: applicants just possess good interpersonal and communication skills, computer literacy and relationship management skills.
Knowledge: basic calculations are a must, as well as being able to engage with people. You must also possess clarity about your career endeavours and ambitions.
Conditions of employment: Applicants must possess a clear criminal and credit record.
