Apprenticeships at AECI
AECI is recruiting for various apprenticeships at sites in South Africa. The duties and roles of the apprentices will include the following:
- Perform Schedule/Preventative maintenance tasks to minimize plant downtime.
- Do improvements, new installations and.modifications to plant & equipment.
- Do general machining work in a typical workshop environment Respond to machinery breakdowns
- Ensure safe operation of plant & equipment. Perform general housekeeping tasks.

Requirements:
- Grade 12 with Maths and science
- N3 engineering science, maths, electrical trade theory, industrial electronics /electrotechnology.
- Applicants must be unemployed, between the age of 18 and 35
Instrumentation Apprenticeship
Requirements:
- Grade 12 with Maths, engineering science, industrial electronics, English, instrument trade theory.
- Applicants must be unemployed, between the age of 18 and 35
