Botswana Ash SA is Africa’s Supplier of Choice for Natural Sodium Products. Operating as an agent for Botswana Ash (PTY) LTD , Botash SA is exclusively responsible for the Sales, Marketing and Distribution of Natural Soda Ash, Salt and Sodium derivatives into the South African market.
BOTASH SA is the largest supplier of Soda Ash in South Africa. Their markets include the glass, detergent, chemical and mining industries.
Purpose of the job
The position is responsible for all administrative functions within the Supply chain department and other
business departments.

- Provide general administrative support
- Record keeping
- Data capturing
- Manages stock
- Receipt and dispatch of goods
Qualifications
- Matric
- National Diploma in Supply Chain or Logistics
Knowledge / skills/ Competencies
- Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Process (beneficial)
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Planning and organising skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized
- Ability to work under pressure
- Time management
Experience
- 1 – 2 years general office administration
- Previous experience in a Supply chain environment (advantageous)
Personal Circumstances
- Must be able to obtain a satisfactory medical report from the companies’ medical centre
