Job Summary
AfriSam (South Africa) (Pty) Ltd is recruiting qualifying graduates for the HR Internship opportunity.
Closing date: 22 April 2024
Location: Peninsula Operation, Contermanskloof, Western Cape Province

Responsibilities
- Preparing interview packs
- Compiling list of CV’s
- Print CV’s for interviews
- Arrange interviews with candidates
- Printing all take on documentation for new joiners
- Open file of new joiners and scan documentation
- Printing of all exit documentation
- Performance contracting printing and collating (KPI’s)
- Documentation distribution (conflict of interest, code of ethics, EEA1 forms)
- Prepare portfolio of evidence file for DMR and Department of Labour
- Prepare EECC packs
- HR Projects roll out – printing and collating of all documentation
- All other HR admin related support activities
Experience and Qualifications
- Grade 12
- Relevant completed ND HR Management and/ or BTECH degree HR
