Job Description
- Interact with external/internal customers
- Optimise vehicle utilisation as per operational requirements
- Monitor drivers performance (time management, etc.)
- Vehicle pre-start checklist for non-conformances
- Vehicles on satellite tracking system
- Liaise with Drivers and Operators
- Complete daily costing data
- Administer drivers licence renewals (annual)
- Track and manage costs related to diesel, constantly seeking cost-reduction opportunities.
- Checking accuracy of Invoices against Purchase Orders
Qualifications
- Completed degree majoring in Logistics/ Supply Chain Management
- Good communication skills (Verbal and Written)
- Own transport and valid drivers license
