The Role: Programme Director, Marketing and Communications

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership: Manage a multi-disciplinary, cross-cultural team across various time zones, fostering innovation and collaboration in everything from media relations and brand management to digital marketing and creative content.
- Reputation & Risk Management: Provide high-level counsel on reputation management, crisis communication, and strategic media engagement to protect and enhance Amnesty’s global standing.
- Audience-Centric Approach: Champion the use of audience insights and data-driven decision-making to grow Amnesty’s reach, relevance, and resonance across diverse demographics and platforms.
- Cross-Organizational Collaboration: Partner closely with global and regional teams to align communication efforts with campaign objectives, fundraising goals, and organizational values.
