About the Role: Manager, Donor Engagement and Stewardship
The Manager of Donor Engagement and Stewardship is a key member of CARE’s fundraising and external relations team. This role is focused on deepening relationships with individual and institutional donors through creative engagement strategies, stewardship communications, and impact storytelling.
Your work will help ensure that CARE’s most committed supporters feel valued, informed, and inspired to continue investing in CARE’s mission.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Donor Stewardship Strategy
Develop and execute stewardship plans for high-value donors, ensuring they receive timely updates, personalized impact reports, and meaningful touchpoints. - Content and Communication
Create compelling donor communications, including newsletters, project updates, thank-you notes, and stories that highlight CARE’s work and outcomes. - Impact Reporting
Collaborate with program teams to collect data, success stories, and beneficiary feedback that demonstrate the tangible results of donor contributions. - Engagement Campaigns
Support the design and implementation of donor engagement campaigns, virtual events, and recognition initiatives to build long-term loyalty. - Collaboration
