- Role Overview: As a Customer Solutions Co-Op, you will work with a dynamic team to improve customer experiences and drive operational efficiencies.Key Responsibilities:
Qualification & Requirements
- TERM: 12 months
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain or related area of study
- 0-3+ years of experience in a fast-moving consumer goods company and the ability to leverage technical knowledge & provide competitive advantage.
- Ability to triage problems, prioritize accordingly, and propose resolutions.
- Ability to work independently, raise issues, and take corrective action.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and creative thinker with a passion for quality processes
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to refine solutions and manage internal and external partners’ expectations against technical and business success criteria with limited available resources.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs (Word, XLS, PPT)

- Marketing Internship:
- Assist in developing marketing strategies and campaigns, conducting market research, and analyzing consumer trends.
- Operations Internship:
- Work alongside operations teams to optimize supply chain processes, enhance logistical efficiency, and support overall production activities.
