The ILO is currently hiring for the following assistant positions across various locations:
- Administrative Assistant (Geneva)
As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide a range of administrative support to the ILO’s Geneva office, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflows. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills and experience in office management. - Research Assistant (Nairobi)
This role involves supporting the ILO’s research initiatives by collecting, analyzing, and presenting data related to labor markets and social policies. The successful candidate should possess strong analytical skills and a passion for research. - Project Assistant (Bangkok)
The Project Assistant will help coordinate projects aimed at improving labor conditions in Southeast Asia. Candidates should have experience in project management and a keen interest in labor rights. - Communication Assistant (Addis Ababa)
This position focuses on promoting the ILO’s activities through effective communication strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in media relations, social media management, and content creation. - Finance Assistant (Brasilia)
In this role, you will support financial operations and ensure compliance with budgeting and financial reporting guidelines. Candidates should have a background in finance or accounting. - Human Resources Assistant (New York)
As a Human Resources Assistant, you will provide essential support in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices. - Legal Assistant (Cairo)
This position involves assisting in legal research and providing support for legal consultations and documentation. Candidates with a background in law or legal studies are encouraged to apply.
