About the ILO
Established in 1919, the ILO is the only tripartite UN agency, bringing together representatives of governments, employers, and workers to set labor standards, develop policies, and devise programs promoting decent work for all women and men. Our mission is to ensure that all individuals can access productive work that offers a fair income, security in the workplace, and social protection for families. We aim to achieve this through a combination of legislative frameworks, research, and capacity building.
If you are interested in making a difference on a global scale and possess the analytical skills necessary to contribute to our mission, we encourage you to apply.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with various stakeholders, including government officials, NGOs, and private sector representatives, to facilitate dialogue on labor issues. You will work to build partnerships that enhance the effectiveness of our programs.
- Reporting and Advocacy: Prepare reports, briefings, and presentations that highlight findings and propose recommendations to improve labor practices. You will communicate ILO’s mission and objectives to diverse audiences.
- Capacity Building: Contribute to capacity-building initiatives by designing and delivering training programs for stakeholders, enhancing their skills in policymaking, program implementation, and monitoring.
- Monitoring and Evaluation: Develop and implement frameworks for monitoring and evaluating projects to measure their impact and effectiveness. You will ensure that lessons learned are documented and shared to inform future initiatives.
