Who We Are Looking For

- Educational Background: Candidates should be enrolled in a university program or have recently graduated in fields such as Environmental Science, Agricultural Economics, International Development, Social Sciences, or related disciplines.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities (both written and oral) are essential. Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Adaptability and Problem-Solving: The ability to adapt to changing situations and develop innovative solutions is critical. We are looking for individuals who can work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Passion for Humanitarian Work: A commitment to humanitarian principles and resilience-building initiatives is essential. Candidates should demonstrate interest in the intersection of food security, climate change, and sustainable development.
