The Available Positions
We are currently looking for dedicated and skilled individuals to fill the following eight positions in our Operations & Administration Support department:
- Administrative Coordinator
- This role focuses on supporting administrative tasks and assisting with the smooth running of daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be an organized multitasker with excellent communication skills.
- Human Resources Assistant
- The HR Assistant will help manage recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and maintaining HR records. This position is crucial for ensuring that we attract and retain top talent for our mission.
- Finance Officer
- The Finance Officer manages financial transactions, budgeting, and reporting. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential for this role to ensure sound financial stewardship.
- Logistics Officer
- This individual will oversee the supply chain management, procurement, and distribution of goods. A strong background in logistics and problem-solving is necessary, as this role ensures that resources reach those in need in a timely manner.
- IT Support Specialist
- The IT Support Specialist will provide technical support for IRC’s equipment and systems. Candidates should have a strong technical background and be able to troubleshoot a variety of issues, enabling our operations staff to remain productive.
- Program Assistant
- This role involves assisting program coordinators with the implementation of projects and ensuring compliance with IRC policies and standards. Strong organizational skills and an understanding of program management are key.
- Compliance Officer
- The Compliance Officer ensures that all operations are in line with local laws and IRC policies. A meticulous individual with a keen understanding of compliance regulations would be an excellent fit for this position.
- Facilities Manager
