Position Overview
As an Aviation Associate Customer Service (G-6), you will play a critical role in ensuring that our aviation services run smoothly and efficiently. Your expertise in customer service will help to facilitate the safe and timely transport of essential supplies and personnel to and from remote locations around the globe. Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:

Qualifications
To be successful in this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Education: Completion of secondary school education; a university degree or equivalent qualification is desirable.
- Experience: Minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience in aviation, logistics, or customer service.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in both spoken and written English; knowledge of another UN language is an asset.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with aviation operations, flight scheduling, and logistics management is preferable.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a diverse and fast-paced environment.
